Although I never played a game with this kind of theme lol, it still reminded me of the good ol' days when games were pixelated. The game was alot of fun!

Pretty decent game dude!

I like, you really made it a Zelda game... could be said it's unoriginal but hey, your goal was to have a Zelda game feeling so there's no minus points there really.
That being said, I hated the wall collision. For chapter 2, why don't ya talk some sense into Sabatino. If you walked into a wall, you often couldn't walk to the sides - along the wall.
And there was also a girl I couldn't talk to. I spammed A, nothing happened.
Refreshing to see an rpg here on Newgrounds. I'm working on one myself actually!

The intro reminded me of like a Megaman game or something, or some other old school game, where an evil guy for no reason kidnaps a girl :P
I liked the game right from there; the start! The puzzles were very challenging, with some interesting details like a leveling system. Good job!

Incredibly addictive, fun game dude! In the end, it was so intense, I really liked it. I tried the hardest difficulty, and got pretty far... I think. I got 16550 points, got to level 8. yay! Have to try it again.
